BeamBlocker Solutions ships safety products to customers in the United States using standard parcel carriers and freight services depending on the size, weight, and handling requirements of each order.
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
• Some items ship directly from a manufacturer or fulfillment partner and may require additional handling time.
• If an item is made-to-order or has an extended lead time, estimated shipping timelines will be provided after checkout or upon request.
Shipping methods vary by product type:
• Small and standard items ship via common parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or equivalent).
• Large, oversized, or heavy items may require LTL freight delivery.
Some shielding products and barrier items require freight shipping due to size, weight, or special handling requirements.
Freight delivery details:
• Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged.
• Delivery appointments may be required depending on the carrier and destination.
• Customers are responsible for having appropriate receiving capabilities available (dock access, liftgate needs, receiving hours, etc.).
Liftgate / inside delivery / limited access:
If you require a liftgate, inside delivery, or limited-access delivery, please request this prior to shipment so we can coordinate the correct freight services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available. For freight shipments or institutional purchasing, shipping estimates and logistics coordination may be provided as part of a formal quote.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before an order ships.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing or fulfillment begins.
BeamBlocker Solutions accepts returns on eligible items in accordance with the guidelines below.
Return eligibility:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Certain items may be non-returnable, including custom orders, special orders, or items marked final sale.
Return authorization:
To initiate a return, contact us to request authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Refunds:
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping:
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was shipped in error or arrived damaged.
• For freight items, return freight costs may be significant and will be communicated before authorization.
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
• If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• For freight shipments, note visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos before signing when possible.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or carrier claim support depending on the situation.
BeamBlocker Solutions primarily ships within the United States. International shipping may be available by request for institutional or commercial customers. Please contact us for options.
